Production Van
Our custom built Live Video Production van has been meticulously designed so that it is able to cater to video production workflows ranging from the very simple to the very complex. Most live video production mobile units are designed for the high end broadcast market segment making them cost prohibitive for a vast majority of events. With carefully optimized, thought-through solutions and equipment that can serve varying needs, we ensure affordability for our clients without making any compromises on quality. At the core of the unit, video mixing is provided by our two 20 input ATEM switchers. One that caters specifically to 4K workflows and the other HD. When combined together, they can tackle almost any workflow need. Video distribution is provided by our 0-latency 40 in/out VideoHub. Camera connectivity is achieved by our 4k Talkback converters each of which can connect up to 8 cameras with Tally and Talkback using our Camera Converters or with 12G Fiber converters when no Tally/Talkback is needed for a camera. The van pairs with a Video Stage-box using a 24 core single fiber cable that allows for separation of up to 1000ft between the two allowing for a flexible array of parking options. The Video Stage-box can connect 10-20 cameras over fiber depending on Tally/Talkback needs. A custom built intercom system that utilizes Dante at the core achieves communication between the crew over multiple party lines with unmatched audio quality. Audio is all Dante based that allows you to integrate house-audio or a custom audio capture deployment using an optional Dante audio stage-box. A Behringer X32 Rack audio mixer is at the core for audio mixing and processing. A custom built Announcer's console allows for up to 4 announcers for sporting events. Programmable Streamdecks using Bitfocus Companion provide immense flexibility in building a control surface that serves any custom need.
A very powerful server-class Production PC provides Graphics and an 8-camera Instant Replay integration using vMix Key/Fill. The PC can also serve as a backup (or the primary AV Mixer) for the entire production with all video and audio sources available to be mixed as needed using vMix/OBS and Dante. A Peplink 5G cellular router that allows bandwidth aggregation/bonding using several WAN sources can achieve a rock-solid backbone to the Internet for distribution of the feed to any content delivery network.

Power is provided by a 15kWH Ecoflow battery backup system paired with 600W of Solar can keep the whole unit running for 12+ hours without issues.
NOTE: For insurance purposes, the Van will be driven/manned by an Engineer that will assist with the setup and configuration of the Van to match your specific needs at no additional cost. The individual can also optionally be part of the crew as a Technical Director, Replay Operator or Audio/Video Engineer for an added cost.
